Initially, I was referred to Wichita Ear Clinic with a case of vertigo. I was treated and cured of that. Stayed on to have my hearing tested annually.  As I have an inner bone in my left ear that is calcifying, my hearing is deteriorating. I chose to be fitted with an invisible hearing aid. I wore the Lyric for two years. Awesome! I am pleased with the way I have been treated from everyone that I have been in contact with over the years. All are knowledgeable and friendly.

You have restored my hearing range to a level I can carry on a normal conversation. In my case it has been a “God Send”. Your staff took me step by step on my journey to get my implant. I was ready for the procedure before my actual implantation. My hearing was rapidly deteriorating making my social interaction most difficult. In my case the only way you could do better is to do my other ear. Now if only Medicare would pay.

Work well with children! Very understanding! Pleasant every time we walk through the door. Our daughter, who is the patient is greeted with smiles and hugs every week!

Great—No pain at all from the implant. Carmen is always available when I need adjustments. I went from no hearing at all in my right ear. After my cochlear implant and a hearing aid in the left, I can carry on a conversation comfortably.

Came in for an Epley Maneuver. Everyone was very professional, yet friendly. Did an excellent job explaining everything from procedure, post instructions and follow-up.  I have always had great experiences with everyone there.

Wait time has been less than other doctor’s offices. Staff is friendly and professional. I felt Dr. Lasak was honest and knowledgeable. Dr. Lasak knew immediately what was wrong. He quickly got me the additional care I needed. Plus when I was hospitalized for another matter he came in to check on me.  Very happy with service.

It’s been great. Everybody is so friendly. They are always available for when you need assistance and always will to work with you. Helping our daughter with speech after her cochlear implants so she can talk and communicate with everyone.

I go in every week for shots and the staff have become friends. They always have me pulled up and checked in before I get to the front desk. Staff is always worried if I have a reaction or a problem with the shots. Everyone takes great care of me.

The reason for my visit was that I had been struggling with the effects of vertigo for a couple of months and had been referred to Dr. Lasak by my family physician. Great staff from start to finish! Was greeted and helped immediately by front desk. Waiting room was very clean and pleasant. Once I was called back things moved along from a hearing test to a table for verifying the effects of the vertigo. Was told “we can fix that” and in a few minutes following the procedure it was gone! Was extremely satisfied with the entire appointment and the results. Thank you.

Eight years ago, because I was experiencing dizziness, I made an appointment with Dr. Lasak. After running me through various tests he diagnosed me with Meniere’s. Dr. Lasak gave me three options to help me alleviate the symptoms. I chose surgery to install a tube in my inner ear. I have been symptom free since the surgery. I have been very happy with the staff and Dr. Lasak.

We have had the best experience. We love Dr. Kryzer and all the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Very patient when I asked a million questions.

The last experience I had trouble pairing my hearing aid with my cochlear. Carmen ordered a new one to replace it. Always able to get help when a need arises. Carmen always recommends what will cost the least or is covered by warranty before it runs out. She also mailed new aid directly to me after programming it…great benefit since we live in Salina. All my experiences have been great…staff are all very helpful.

My experience has been very positive. I was very reluctant to wear hearing aids. The staff has been very supportive and caring in the transition. Jeff Moore has been absolutely great to work with. The staff, the front desk have always been very polite and helpful.

I have had many exams and evaluations at WEC. All have been positive. I received a cochlear implant in March.  Drs. and staff all are professional and talented.

Everyone is friendly! Starting with the receptionist to the nurses and finally the doctors. I always feel comfortable. Everything was very punctual.
